Stephanie Sarno, the proud owner of Lotus Day spa, has 10 years of experience in the spa industry and opened her own spa at age 23. Stephanie is a certified esthetician, who attended Academy Di Capelli, along with several classes at the International Dermal Institute. She specializes in skin care and waxing and is also certified in lash lifts as well. She strives to stay up to date on the latest skin care techniques and therapies, without veering too far away from natural treatments. Stephanie does all of the skin treatments, waxing, nails, and lash services. Amanda, a licensed massage therapist, does the massage services.


Stephanie takes great pride in the relationships she has built with her clients over the years and thoroughly enjoys seeing everyone continue to come back. She finds seeing improving results with each client extremely rewarding, not only for the client themselves, but for herself as an esthetician as well!

SpaPolicies

 Booking Appointments
To book an appointment, please call the spa at 203-626-5688 or email us at info@lotusdayspallc.net. We recommend that you call a couple days in advance to guarantee the time and date you are looking for. However, we will do our best to accommodate you for last minute appointments. 


We do ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please note that the time scheduled is the time your treatment will start. If you are running late, please call us to let us know. Time may be deducted from your service depending on following appointments scheduled.


Cancellation
You will receive a confirmation the day before your appointment. If for any reason you may have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancelling in less than 24 hours and no shows will result in 50% of the service being charged to your credit card or gift card on file.​


Spa Parties & Packages
A credit card is needed to reserve a spa party. Please note that for spa parties a 48 hour cancellation notice is required. Canceling in less than 48 hrs will result in 50% of the party or package being charged to your credit card or gift certificate on file.


Cell Phones/Voices
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones off and prepare to use low volume voices as you enter the spa, out of common courtesy for the other clients, as they will for you.


Payment & Gratuity
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please note cash payments and cash tips are preferred. We also accept Lotus Day Spa gift certificates and Spa Wish, Spa Finder, & Spa & Wellness gift certificates. Tax and gratuity are not included in pricing.
